Chad and Krista Wallace along with Erwin Jaun Lefeld and Michelle Reyes are founding members of Estancia Natura and each have over 20+ years of experience in the region as developers. Our organizational leadership team along with our design, management, marketing, and sales teams have been working with recognized organizations for many years and are excited to be part of creating this unique community.

While part of the Team is located on the farm in Angostura de Manabao, many of us are based in Jarabacoa or in the capital, Santo Domingo and some of us travel back and forth from the US.

Estancia Natura is a company founded in the Dominican Republic in 2010 by Chad Wallace, founder and CEO of Spirit Mountain.
