Professional Experience

Since graduating in 2013, Yeisson has dedicated him self to the area of project management, working forvarious companies supervising a broad variety of projects. He also helps manage his family business, which supplies stone and masonry products. He has a disciplined personality and takes challenges serious. He is tenacious when it comes to ethics and his faith plays an active role in all decisions, both professionally and personally. He enjoys being a part of the construction industry and participating in the creation process.

Who is Yeisson

He is a person who focusses on what he wants to accomplish and is persistent until he accomplishes the goal. He has a deep faith, and as a follower of Jesus, he observes how creation, the natural world around him and universe beyond is marked by the designer. He trusts in the wisdom he receives from Christ to lead his family and practices Christian disciplines in an effort to be aloving husband, father, brother, son and friend. He believes that byusing God’s laws and through hard work, any individual can create a sustainable, hospitable and grace filled environment within one’s own home, no matter what challenging hand life has delt.

Personal Life

Yeisson has a beautiful wife, who is a professional family therapist, and they have 4 active children. Family takes priority over any other endeavor, a value he learned from his parents, who both continueto be very involved. Yeisson enjoys sports of all kinds and goes to the gym most days. He is a fan of motorcycles and anything that goes fast!

Q&A WITH YEISSON

What is something no one would believe is true about you?

There is something that is very interesting about me and one of my brothers. We ended up falling in love and marrying two amazing girls that happen to be sisters. One other thing that surprises somepeople is that I’m only 28, married and already have 4 kids! One other thing….Many people, when they first meet me, think that I’m either being anti-social or that I’m in a bad mood because of my very serious facial expression…. I’m probably just deep in thought. As soon as we start talking, they find I’m actually a super positive and a happy person!

What are you a raving fan of?

I truly admire people who have the ability and natural talent for public speaking and teaching, especially those pastors who are gifted teachers of the work of God. I am also a huge fan of baseball, as any good Dominican should be! The Cibao Aguilas are my home team and favorite!

What are you passionate about related to the work you do and serving others?

I truly enjoy taking an idea, a creative thought, something that is only a concept or plan on a piece of paper, and helping to make it become a reality. Serving people through the process of building their home is a calling and I feel it is my personal calling and I get much joy and satisfaction from being a part of that process.
