Claudia has years of experience designing in both public and private sectors at Dominican Republic, United States and Spain. She has managing knowledge in residential, commercial and urban design. Seeking to use her experience in project management and design skill for the development of Estancia Nueva.

Who is Claudia
Claudia is a dynamic person who likes challenges. Believer that a good teamwork is the definition of successful result. As an architect she is creative and innovative always chasing to balance a clean, beauty and functional design. Having a resourceful, “can-do” attitude she seeks to put herself at the client’s feet to understand their needs and designs according to the user(s) and the environment.

Q&A WITH CLAUDIA
1. What is something no one would believe is true about you?
That I paint large format Abstract artwork.

2. What organization or company inspires me?
Google inspires me because they understand, value and facilitate an environment for their employees that helps to inspire the creative process.

3. What are you a raving fan of?
Recently, I have begun to tidy up in my home and life in general. This motivation came from seeing the methods of Marie Kondo and how to live a more fulfilling and simple life, keeping only the things that spark joy.

4. What are you doing when you feel most like you?
I’m traveling….exploring far away countries and learning about these new places.

5. In an alternate life, what would you want to give a try?
My dream job would be designing and building sets for movies (mainly sci-fi) or work as a designer for one of the Disney parks. If we want to push the answer I would love to live in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

6. What are you passionate about related to the work you do and serving others?
I am passionate to do work that is not monotonous. My work must encourage me to investigate and learn new things…especially within a team. I love to feel useful and know that my contributions are valued by the team. A positive vibe and good synergy with everyone on the team is most important.
