We have more than 30 years’ experience designing and building in the Dominican Republic.  Chad and his team at Colorado Designs (a local Jarabacoa Design-Build firm), designed and built more than 50 custom homes and master planned and developed multiple luxury mountain projects in the greater Jarabacoa valley between 2003 and 2015.  Our International Design Team is made up of professionals with decades of experience designing and building in the tropical mountain context. Each member of the Estancia Natura development team are highly regarded and trusted within their respective professions and are committed to making the world a better place in their own way.
